    • Howard Hughes Corporation was planning 6 residential towers to be called Ward Village in Honolulu, Hawaii to be built over 6 parking lots
    • Positioning necessitated views from 10 positions across 6 separate lots to determine best placement, design, height & orientation of towers
    • Expectations for deliverables: high definition panoramic views for architectural planning, pricing & large sales office monitor displays
    • SkyPan was tasked with producing backplate renderings & 360º aerial view panoramics at sunrise, mid-day, pre-sunset & dusk up to 400’ AGL

SkyPan's' Approach:

Determine the most useful view study possible

    • Project began with consulting services to determine the most useful view study possible with HHC development team in Honolulu
    • SkyPan used exacting degree of production coordination to manage timing of all 360º panoramics in order to produce optimum lighting
    • Using various unmanned aerial platforms with high resolution cameras, SkyPan captured 142 levels, all 360º views over 10 separate positions
    • Post production digital manipulation providing enhanced files to multiple architects, marketing consultants and HHC development team
